Established in 1968 by Cathy Caldwell, The St. Andrew's Highland Dancers of Dayton are a group dedicated to promoting and preserving the Scottish tradition of Highland Dancing. Now under the direction of Aimee Frantz and Erin Breen, this group frequently participates in public performances throughout southern Ohio, such as A World A’Fair, Celtic Fest Ohio, and the Ohio Renaissance Festival.  Additionally, many of the students compete in Highland Dance competitions throughout the United States, ranging from the primary level to the premier level.

The St. Andrew’s Highland Dancers offer weekly classes to students of all ages, all while celebrating the rich history and culture of Scotland through the art of dance. It's a wonderful way for individuals to connect with their heritage, train their bodies in strength and stamina, and showcase their talents in a unique and dynamic way.
