Men (18 and older) must be wearing a kilt (new or old, fancy or plain, traditional or sports) to participate.

Tug of War

Women  (18 and older)  must  be wearing some plaid on their persons,  such  as a bonnet, a shawl, stockings, a skirt, a sash, or a plaid swatch pinned to their clothing to participate.

The Whiskey Run.
