ENCAMPMENT REGISTRATION FORM
2024 Celtic Heritage Festival

After the deadline date the cost will be
$35.00 per camp and $80.00 for a trader

1. Set up starts Thursday at 9:00 a.m.All trailers and vehicles must be out of camp by one hour before dusk. Vehicle passes must be displayed in your windshield with your first and ast name and phone number, If you have a trailer unhooked from the vehicle write the trailer license plate number on the vehicle pass.
2. No flatlanders in camp after dusk unless is period clothing
3. Note: Johnston Farm & Indian Agency rules do not allow pets in camp
4. All modern items must be concealed throughout the weekend
5. Period dress is required from head to toe
6. Cell phone use should be discreet and out of public view
7. Fires cannot be directly on the ground. This is a rue from the Ohio History Connection. If you need a firepit, we will provide one for your use. Each camp must have a fire bucket with water.
8. Tear down will be Monday starting at 9:00 a.m. Everyone must be off of the premises by 5:00 p.m. Camps cannot be left overnight. If you must tear down on Sunday before 6:00 p.m., you will need to pack out your camp, as vehicles are not permitted in camp
9. Find a Dog Soldier if there is an issue
10. Each camp must display the provided tartan ribbon on their lodge where it can be seen
11. There will be camp meetings Friday evening at the music stage at 7 p.m. and Sunday morning at 9:00 a.m.
12. Quiet hours are 1:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
